Refund Conditions

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

1. Refund for Damaged Items

If any items you ordered arrive damaged, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. To initiate this process:

  • Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the damaged item.
  • Provide photographic evidence of the damage and its packaging.

2. Refund for Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed as “lost in transit” based on tracking details:

  • You are eligible for a full refund.
  • Please contact us immediately if you suspect your package is lost.

3. Refund for Non-Delivery

If your package is not delivered within 35 days after shipment:

  • You can apply for a refund.
  • Exceptions apply for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Free Returns

We accept free returns for eligible items under the following conditions:

  • For items labeled “free returns,” you can initiate a return within 15 days of delivery, and the first return is free.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, labels, or hygiene stickers intact.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds typically take 3-14 business days (up to 20 business days in some cases) to process after we have issued the refund.
  • Alternatively, you can opt for a Bonus refund, which is processed within minutes but cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • For returned items, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the items.

6. Return Eligibility

Most items are eligible for returns if they meet the following criteria:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, or hygiene stickers intact.

Items that are worn, washed, or damaged, or that have missing tags or packaging, may not be eligible for return. Please contact us for clarification.


7. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund:
